New smartphone Sony have cameras recording Full HD video 1000 fps

The main traditional CMOS sensors of smartphones are using the two-layer structure that reduces the size but also limits the shooting.
The smartphone Sony is working on a new camera for mobile devices. It is adding another third DRAM module to them which significantly improves its capabilities.
The company says that this sensor has able to record Full HD video with an impressive maximum speed of 1000 fps. This is a value that cannot boast of any other camera in the industry.
